• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use Adject only for lawful purposes.

You may not use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful

• Infringe upon intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others

• Generate content intended to mislead, impersonate, or defraud

• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to replicate our models or systems

• Build or train competing AI generation services using Adject outputs or infrastructure

We reserve the right to investigate and take action against misuse.

4. User Content & Inputs

Your Inputs

• You retain ownership of images, prompts, and other content you upload (“Inputs”).

• You confirm that you have all necessary rights to upload and use your Inputs.

You grant Adject a limited, non-exclusive license to process your Inputs solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

5. AI-Generated Outputs & Commercial Rights

Ownership

Subject to your compliance with these Terms:

• You own the rights to the AI-generated images and videos created through your account (“Outputs”).

• You may use Outputs for commercial and non-commercial purposes, including marketing, advertising, and sales.

Important AI Disclaimer

Because AI generation is probabilistic:

• We do not guarantee that Outputs are free from resemblance to third-party content.

• You are solely responsible for reviewing Outputs before commercial use.

• You must ensure Outputs do not infringe third-party rights (copyright, trademark, likeness, etc.).

Adject does not provide legal clearance or copyright registration services.

6. Intellectual Property (Our Rights)

All rights, title, and interest in:

• The Adject platform

• Software, models, algorithms, workflows

• UI/UX, branding, documentation

remain the exclusive property of Adject.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of our underlying technology.

7. Plans, Credits & Payments

• Adject offers subscription plans and one-time credit purchases (“Add-ons”).

• Subscription credits refresh according to the billing cycle and do not roll over unless explicitly stated.

• Add-on credits do not expire unless otherwise specified.

Billing

• Payments are processed via third-party providers.

• All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

• We may update pricing or plan structures with reasonable notice.

You are responsible for all applicable taxes, including VAT where required.

8. Service Availability & Changes

We may:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service

• Introduce new features or limits

• Perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms

• Abuse the Service or infrastructure

• Pose legal, security, or operational risks

Upon termination, unused credits may be forfeited.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We disclaim all warranties, express or implied

• We do not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or suitability for a specific purpose

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Adject shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Adject in the 12 months preceding the claim

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Adject from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service

• Your Inputs or Outputs

• Your violation of these Terms or applicable laws

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with European Union law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
