At Adject (“Adject”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), we want you to have a great experience using our AI-powered tools.
Because generating images and videos incurs real-time infrastructure and third-party API costs, we apply the following refund and cancellation policy.

1. Subscription Plans

Monthly Subscriptions

  • Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.

  • You may cancel at any time.

  • After cancellation, your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

  • No additional charges will be applied after cancellation.

Annual Subscriptions

  • Annual subscriptions are billed upfront.

  • We offer a 7-day refund window for annual plans only if:

    • The request is made within 7 days of purchase, and

    • Total usage does not exceed 10 image or equivalent generation credits.

  • After this period or usage threshold, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.


2. Credit-Based Purchases & Add-Ons

  • Purchased credits (including add-on or bulk credits) are non-refundable once delivered to your account.

  • Credits do not expire unless otherwise stated.

  • Unused credits cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.


3. Exceptional Circumstances

We may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis in limited situations, including:

  • Duplicate or incorrect charges caused by a billing error

  • Verified unauthorized transactions

  • Critical technical issues that prevent use of the Service despite reasonable troubleshooting with our support team

Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated individually.
